iFloor

Ecommerce storefront

Sell floors online. And the installation with them.

A flooring storefront theme installed on your own Shopify account, with the catalogue built out properly and orders flowing straight into your operations platform as real jobs.

On your own account

We install the theme. The store stays yours.

You open and pay for your own Shopify subscription, and we install the storefront onto it. That is deliberate: your store, your payment processing, your customer list, your data. If you ever stop working with us, your shop keeps running — you are not renting your own storefront back from a software company.

  • Your Shopify plan, in your name, on your card
  • We work as a collaborator, with access you can revoke any time
  • Your domain, your branding, your payment gateway
  • Nothing about the shop depends on iFloor continuing to exist

The catalogue

The part everybody underestimates.

A flooring storefront lives or dies on its catalogue, and building one properly is real work: products and variants, wear layers and widths, species and finishes, coverage per box, imagery that shows the actual grain. We build it out with you, vendor by vendor, rather than handing you an empty shop and a spreadsheet template.

  • Structured by vendor, so restocks and price changes are manageable
  • Specifications a customer can actually compare across products
  • Coverage and waste factor built into how quantities are sold
  • Collections that match how people shop, not how warehouses store

Connected

An online order arrives as a job, not an email.

When someone buys online, a customer and a project are created in your operations platform, the measure gets booked, and the job runs through exactly the same process as one that walked into the showroom. One pipeline, whichever door the work came through.

  • Orders and customers sync into the platform automatically
  • Online enquiries land in the same funnel as showroom leads
  • Measures booked against your real crew availability
  • Quantities confirmed on site before anyone is charged for the wrong thing

Autopilot

An online order should not create work.

On most flooring sites, a web order becomes an email somebody has to read, retype and chase. Here it becomes a job that already knows what happens next. It writes into the same records as the operations platform, and both are covered in pricing.

Customer created, not retyped

Matched on email against your existing customers, so a repeat buyer is recognised rather than duplicated.

Project opened automatically

With the products, quantities and address already attached — the same record your showroom jobs use.

Measure invited

The customer is asked to pick a measurement slot from crew you actually have free, without anyone phoning them.

Quantities confirmed first

Nobody is charged for the wrong amount of floor. The on-site measure corrects the order before the balance is taken.

Follow-up if they stall

An abandoned enquiry gets chased on the same cadence as a showroom quote, in your words.

One pipeline

Online and walk-in jobs sit in the same list, at the same stages, reported on together.

Worth being clear about

What we do and do not do.

We do

Install and configure the theme on your Shopify account, build out the catalogue with you, connect the store to your operations platform, and keep the theme updated.

We do not

Resell Shopify, host your storefront, or take a cut of your sales. Your Shopify bill comes from Shopify, your payments go to your gateway, and your customer list is yours.

Selling online, properly.

The storefront works on its own, but it is at its best next to the operations platform — because that is where an online order turns into a finished floor.
