The full tour
Every screen, and what it takes off your desk.
Nine chapters, one for each part of the business. Each one shows the real screen — in your brand, in your theme.
A queue, not a chart wall.
Every job in flight is one row: who, what it's worth, where it is on the five-dot track, and the one thing it needs from you. Late floats to the top. Nine people used to appear in two-to-four panels each; now nobody appears twice.
Late · Quoting · Doing · Closing
Four filters, and the counts are live.
Time is a first-class column
"Measured Aug 6 — 12 days, no quote sent." The system notices absence, not just events.

One line per quote. Age first.
Eighteen quotes on one screen, every row exactly 44px. The most actionable state in the trade — read and not answered — sorts to the top, so the follow-up is obvious before coffee.
Revisions edit the same quote
Because you are revising the same thing. History kept; the customer link never changes.
The quote page is a workspace
Items, the two-document total, and a timeline with staff comments and @mentions — one thread per job.
The document the money hangs on.
Whose job, what stage, what it's worth — stated once, at the top. Then the action bar knows what comes next at every stage, the conversation sits right under it, and labour and materials read side by side in the same grammar.
Locked means locked
Signed lines don't move. Staff can unlock a quote — never the invoice.
Photos, live
Every photo the installer takes is on the sheet — and on the customer's page — as it's taken.
Your fitters get a link, not a login.
Who's free, who's booked, who's running late. The installer sees their day, the address, the material list — and taps "on my way", "done", and the camera. Everything they do lands on the sheet and the customer's page.
A portal is a retention product.
One link, no password. Where the job is, the one thing to do next, photos as they happen, what's owed, and a rating on completion — a low score routes to you before it routes to Google.
Every call, text and email — one timeline per person.
You texted Tuesday, called Thursday, emailed the quote Friday — and today it's on one screen. The person is the constant; the channel is the variable. Switch channels without leaving the thread, on desktop or phone.
AI drafts, you send
Internal drafts freely; anything customer-facing waits for a human tap. Always.
Every order carries its own status.
Supplier, PO, ETA, fulfilment type. Confirmations are read for you and matched to the order Live — an ETA change updates the job and the customer's page.
The balance is never a mystery.
Invoice from the signed lines. Deposit, paid, balance — one trio, everywhere: the sheet, the dashboard, the customer's page. Commissions calculated Live.
Knowing before the customer tells you.
The system watches for absence: a quote read and not answered, a measurement with no quote, a booking with no confirmation. It lands on a list, on the dashboard row, and — where you allow it — in a reminder.
Day 1 your catalogue and rate card · Day 2 your brand and words · Days 3–5 staff and installers on · Days 6–8 first real jobs alongside the old way · Days 9–12 the old way switched off · Day 14 you're running on it.
